C.Scope The project the group is suggests limits only to the victims of Typhoon Yolanda in the Visayas Region as such Leyte, Samar, Cebu, and other more. The duration of the project the group suggested is good for a short period of time, specifically good for a three to four months. The group’s proposal  is also limited by the number of students the program can accommodate and the educational materials that can be used because the delivery of the materials can have difficulties due to broken roads, bridges, high ways, and telecommunication lines. III.Background Scholarship grants that are given for deserving students can be a good background about this project. Once the discussion is done the schedule of classes, teachers, and number of students that can be accommodated will be discussed next.
